A common example: We agree on a fixed weekly impulse session of 1 hour. During the week, our customer use their messenger channel to get the right advice and tips while working on their to-dos. Every 2-3 months, we meet in person on site to carefully review the individual roadmap and define the next milestone. As part of the programme, this individual work between decision-makers and experts is supplemented by targeted management/leadership workshops.
